- This is a recipe that is very rich and very good.

- Butterscotch Pie

- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter (or margarine)
- Put these two ingredients in heavy saucepan and boil until thick
- (approximately 3 minutes).

- Combine: 3 Heaping Tablespoons Flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 teas. vanilla
- After the above ingredients have been combined, add one can (15
- oz.) Milnot.

- Combine the two mixtures in saucepan and cook until it boils for
- 1 minute. Pour into baked pie shell. Make your favorite meringue
- with the 3 egg whites and brown in oven. Store uneaten part of pie
- in refrigerator.
